For single $19 reports, if your report fails to generate meaningful results because the ASIN couldn't be analyzed (insufficient reviews, inaccessible page, or a technical issue on our end), email us at reports@openasin.com with the report ID. We'll refund the $19 and give you a free credit to try a different ASIN. For Pro Plan monthly subscriptions, all charges are non-refundable. You're getting unlimited reports at a flat rate, which means the occasional empty report isn't grounds for a refund. If you're not happy with the service, just cancel and you won't be charged again. You can cancel anytime in your account settings.
